中國頁遊公司順榮三七(37WAN)於昨日發表公告稱已認購日本公司SNKPlaymore的81.25%股票(約6350萬美元)
據公告稱，37以後將會活用SNK旗下知名IP【拳皇】，【餓狼傳說】，【越南大戰】等。
透過今次收購，37WAN以後將可以引入正統IP，研發更多拳皇系列頁遊、手遊，一改以往國內市場盜版猖獗的情況。
不過如果想等拳皇街機作品的玩家，可能要失望了。
而較早前，由國內掌趣所研發、SNK正式授權的【拳皇98終極之戰OL】亦取得不錯的成續，
相信以後SNK旗下的作品大多會移植登上手機或網頁平台。
