暢快淋漓，精彩耐玩的戰鬥

本作為Rogue類遊戲常見的地牢設定，美術風格採用類似《蔚藍 Celeste》的復古2D像素，極具辨識度，每個關卡的配色及美術風格也各具特色，帶給玩家不同的視覺享受。關卡還有不同的地形及機制，玩家必須思考不同的對戰策略，選擇最合適的武器，在狹小的房間裡挑戰並擊敗強力敵人。

爽快刺激的打擊手感，更是本作的另一大特色，與大多數2D ACT不同，《災厄逆刃》並沒有拘泥於嚴格的判定。玩家可以操控著角色在地面及空中不斷衝刺位移，甚至可以在不落地的情況利用「空戰」完成整個房間的戰鬥！毫無延遲的流暢動作、爽快的射擊砍殺，配上神秘又輕快的背景音樂及音效，帶給玩家前所未有的爽快戰鬥體驗。

本作的耐玩性相當高，一般Rogue遊戲採用一旦角色犧牲就得重新開始的「永久死亡」機制，玩法刺激但難度激增，可能讓一般玩家卻步。但本作採用「Roguelite」機制，重新挑戰時會保留一部分道具和資料，多次挑戰後，角色能力和等級會逐漸提升，遊戲的難度也會隨之降低。
