遊戲角色方面可以選擇「人類」、「高級精靈」、「艾琳」等熟悉的種族，值得一提的是，玩家還可以讓角色做出各種動作表情、穿上不同的服飾，服飾可根據喜歡選擇多種顏色呈現出自己的角色個性。

遊戲玩法方面則是還原《TERA》系列中無鎖定目標攻擊模式的戰鬥系統，玩家可選擇公會夥伴或好友一同協力組團探索來自亞倫大陸的新挑戰。不僅如此，除了地圖上有顯示的副本之外，還有隱藏的通道及副本等著玩家來探索及發掘。
