根據Capcom Unity博客在PAX East 2015展會的經銷商消息稱，這款遊戲將會定於2016年春季登陸ps4和pc平台，期待本作的玩家看來還需要再等待一年才能玩到這款格鬥大作了。
“下一個春季，每個玩家（的熱情）均會被PS4和PC平台的《Street Fighter V》所燃燒！。”公告這樣寫著，“到那時，你可以以25美元的價格購買到含Ryu主題的英雄T-shirt。”目前為止，遊戲的具體發售日尚未公開。
PS4玩家還有充足的時間來體驗一系列作品，《Ultra Street Fighter IV》將於今年春季登陸這款主機，官方也正在籌劃《街頭霸王5》的在線測試程序，那些預訂遊戲的北美玩家可以參與屆時官方的beta測試。
